Mrs. Sinazo Vabaza Tundube
Managing Director
Mrs Tundube is characterised as a progressive individual with a consistent optimism and a strong belief in the potential for a life of great possibilities. She was raised in New Brighton by her grandparents, Dan and Rose Qeqe, who were known for their selflessness, intentionality, and courage throughout their lives.
Mrs Tundube attended Collegiate High for Girls and is an alumna of Rhodes University (B.Com Information Systems) and Nelson Mandela University (Honours Development Studies).
Ms. Mandlakazi Sigcawu

Ms. Sigcawu is an award-winning Corporate Affairs and Public Affairs Executive. Her passion is conceptualising and driving campaigns that have measurable return on investment. She specializes in B2B and B2B2C marketing, communication, and PR campaigns. Ms. Sigcawu’s view on internal communication campaigns must drive the company’s values, be empowering and celebratory of internal talent’s contributions to the bottom line.
Her work experience spans across both Public and Private sectors. Her strengths include Media relations, brand building, reputation and crisis management, internal and external communication, stakeholderv management, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability (including ESG and CSR).
Ms Sigcawu’s industry exposure and experience spans across the following sectors: Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG, Local and National government and Entrepreneurship.
Ms. Sigcawu holds qualifications in Executive Development Program (University of Stellenbosch Business School). Advance Diploma in Public Relations and Communication Management (CPUT), National Diploma in Public Relations Management (CPUT), Creative Media Certificate (Wits)
Ms. Qaqamba Diko
Board Member
Ms. Diko is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in marketing and business administration. Throughout her academic journey, Ms. Diko demonstrated exceptional leadership, serving in roles such as head prefect, hostel head girl, and captain of the 1st Team netball at Templeton High School. Her sports leadership extended to being the Eastern Province U19 vice-captain and U21 captain.
Ms. Diko’s career commenced at Nelson Mandela University as a tutorial assistant, and she later excelled in sales and account management roles at South African Breweries and Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa. Her contributions at Vodacom, from Marketing Specialist to Cluster Specialist, showcase her expertise in driving sales growth, managing distribution, ensuring customer experience excellence, and overseeing various facets of marketing and operations.
Ms. Diko holds a National Diploma and B-Tech in Marketing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Nelson Mandela University Business School.
Ms. Palesa Kadi
Board Member
A NIHSS Scholarship holder, Palesa Kadi is a PhD candidate at the University of Pretoria, under the Research Chair in Critical Architecture and Urbanism. Kadi is a fellow of the African Leadership Institute. In 2022 she was appointed by the Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture to be the Chairperson of the South African Geographical Names Council (SAGNC), the body that receives recommendations from provincial names committees and advises the Minister on recommended geographical names, features, and name changes of provocative place names and also chairs the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex in Gqeberha.
Kadi has worked as a media activist, researcher, and a regulator in the broadcasting and telecommunications space. Her academic interests are in spatial justice, transformation and women in and space making. She has written peoples’ histories in context; perspectives on space and urban planning histories. After drafting the South African national rural tourism strategy; Kadi continued probing the impact of apartheid laws on spatial development and the emergence of memorialisation projects, tracing it back to the Group Areas Act and community museums.
Ms Kadi holds a Master’s Degree (Visual History, Heritage and Museums) and BA Honours Degree (Political Studies and Comparative Economics).
Mr. Dev Govindijee

Dev Govindjee is a former South Arfrican cricketer and former Match Referee for Cricket SA & the International Cricket Council (ICC). He also officiated at 3 IPL (Indian Premier League) events as well as 4 Caribbean Premier League (CPL) tournaments. He played in 45 first-class matches for Eastern Province between 1971 and 1983.
Since 2006 he has officiated as a Cricket Match Referee in South Africa and from 2009 to 2019 he also officiated in the following countries at various International tournaments : Africa: Botswana, Namibia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Nigeria, Rwanda Europe: The Netherlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey Asia: India, Bangladesh, Hong Kong , Malaysia New Zealand West Indies: Trinidad, Jamaica, St Kitts & Nevis, Barbados United States of America – Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale U.A.E. In Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Govindijee holds a BA Honours Degree (History Sociology) and a BA Honours Degree (Education).
Dr. Buntu Siwisa

Dr Siwisa is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation (IPATC) at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), co-editing a volume exploring the evolution of political violence in southern Africa.
He has worked extensively, in positions ranging from academia; research on governance and development; conflict analysis, management and resolution. His research interests range from conflict studies; security, peacebuilding and development in Africa; the role of BRICS in peace, security and development in Africa; non-racial sports liberation history; to urban development and social movements.

Mr. Max Mabuti
Board Member
Max Mabuti is the Founder and Managing Director of Flat-Foot Engineering. He worked extensively with The Value Builder System and his Certified Value Builder to identify some major gaps in his business and turn the business (which was technically insolvent in 2013) around with impressive success.
Following 15 years of Flat-Foot’s existence under his leadership we saw the company expanding tremendously with 4 new divisions namely; Medical gas, Boiler & Steam, Kitchens, Laundry & Autoclaves. This tremendous diversification transformed the business into a comprehensive mechanical service provider servicing the entire Eastern Cape Government’s medical space and other public and private sectors.
As an entrepreneur, he led a number of engineering businesses around South Africa and Namibia. Having begun his involvement in leadership as an office manager at FST Consulting Engineers in Mthatha. He continued to hold occupied positions as a Director at Thusabatho Consulting Engineers and later as an Operations Director at ADISA Engineering Consultants.
Mr Mabuti holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours), from Rhodes University majoring in Development Studies.
Mr. Ayabonga Ntaba
Projects Coordinator
Mr. Ayabonga Ntaba is a passionate and experienced sports coordinator with a focus on youth development. He excels in coordinating project schedules, creating impactful sporting, educational, and healthcare programs, and overseeing the foundation’s organisational structure. His extensive role involves planning, advertising, and marketing foundation events, as well as recruiting and evaluating mentors, coaches, counsellors, and tutors.
Mr. Ntaba previously held the position of Sports and Marketing Coordinator at Mbonisweni Junior Secondary School, In this role, he managed the administration of the Sports Department, showcasing proficiency in planning, marketing, fundraising, and organizing various sports events. Additionally, Mr. Ntaba served as an Assistant Coach at Amitek Business School, contributing to practice preparation, game coaching, and rugby team recruitment. His versatile background also encompasses a Sales Assistant role at Walter Sisulu University, where he actively engaged with clients, conducted research, and provided recommendations for improvement.
With a National Diploma in Sport Management & Marketing from Walter Sisulu University, Mr. Ntaba combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in various aspects of sports coordination, marketing, and project management. His dedication to creating positive environments for sports participation and his commitment to life-changing opportunities through sports make him a valuable asset in the field.
